Kale and Green Smoothies

Studies have shown that the phytonutrients in kale cause the liver to produce enzymes and antioxidants that detoxify and eliminate cancer causing chemicals and cells in the human body. The compounds in cruciferous vegetables, like kale, signal our genes to increase body cleansing enzymes through which our bodies eliminate harmful elements before they cause cell oxidation and mutations.
