  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about 20 to 30 seconds, you can do it longer or shorter depending on the type of consistency you prefer.
  2. Pour into a cup and place in refrigerator. The smoothie is best served chilled.

  • 8 ounces black cherry juice
  • A handful of frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.

  • 10 ounces pure black cherry juice
  • 1 frozen banana or fresh

Directions

  1. To freeze the banana simply peel it and place in freezer overnight while wrapped in Saran Wrap. For a regular or typical household blender you may need to break the frozen banana into pieces.
