Here is another recipe that incorporates honey as a sweetener.

Ingredients:

Ice
1/2 c. milk
2 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 large banana

First crush the ice. You will need about 6 ice cubes crushed. If you have crushed ice already on hand use approximately one cup. To crush the cubed ice just pulse on a slow speed in the blender until finely crushed; making sure there are no large chunks left in it.

Add the banana (breaking it up into chunks), peanut butter; honey and soy milk. You may need to experiment a few times before you find the balance of ingredients that works for you. Taste it as you go along adding more banana or peanut butter to taste.

Pulse blender on a slow speed to break up the bananas and once the banana is incorporated, increase the speed to the second or third highest for approximately 45 seconds up to one minute. Blend it until the mixture becomes liquid.
