In your smoothie blender, combine
-1 cup of frozen raspberries
-1 cup of chilled lemonade (if it is pink lemonade the color will end up as a rich pink mix) Its perfectly fine to make your own using Crystal Lite or other mix.
-1 cup of low-fat peach yogurt
Mix until it reaches the consistency you prefer and serve in a chilled or thermal glass. You might even want to put this in a travel mug and enjoy during your travels throughout the day.
